  • Are Utilities Included in the rent?

    Yes, water and sewer are included.

  • What is the deposit and fee required to move in?

    We require first month's rent and a security deposit.

  • What is parking like here?

    All residents have a two parking spots.

  • Are pets allowed?

    We do not allow pets.

  • What are the amenities?

    We have a pool, easy access to Trax, and some great residents to make friends with.

  • How many people can live in the apartment?

    Utah law restricts apartments to two residents per bedroom. Our one-bedroom units allow for two residents, and our two-bedroom units allow for four residents.

  • What is the length of the lease?

    All of our apartments use a one-year lease. After the first year, we can negotiate a partial-year lease.

  • What is the move-in date availability?

    We allow move-ins on any day of the month, based on availability.

  • How is the Maintenance and Repair Service?

    With our 24/7 property manager living on-site, you can get emergency repairs immediately. Other repairs are always completed in a timely manner.

  • How is the security of the building?

    Our apartments are very safe. Our parking is fully lit, and we conduct background checks on all applicants. 

  • How is the noise level in the building and neighborhood?

    We enforce strict noise rules in our apartments for the enjoyment of all the residents. Our quiet hours go from 10pm to 6 am every day.

  • What about the location?

    Our apartments are just steps away from TRAX and bus stations, and have easy access to both I-15 and I-215.
